Are you still using iOS5? You should have converted to 6 at least as support for the old OS may not be there

I have tried the link you supplied above a couple of times but I am still not getting any zones being shown on the app.

I am using IOS version 7.1 with configurator version 3.8.6.0

we have looked at your file and the zones on the app

On your app we can see the zones



Your zones programming in your cclx is shown below



You can see that your zone names are exactly what you see on the app

The zone name is the \"Name\" field. The \"Phrase\" field are the 4 words that are announced in the keypad. These are not the same since the words used for announcement are limited while the Name field can be any text in any language

if you want to change the names shown on the app, then make the change on each zone name by editing on the right pane

Thanks for the lesson Ident . It became completely obvious as soon as you explained it. I have modified my config, and it worked fine after that.
