Since upgrading my iPhone (5S) to iOS 7.1 I find I can still use the Comfort App, but if I change the arm state, say from security off to Away I find that Comfort acts on the request but the iPhone app just quits.
If I re-load it it then correctly shows Comfort in the state requested, but any change of state makes it quit.

Yes we confirm this happens with iPhone 5S iOS 7.1
It may be due to the newer beta UCM firmware 7.043 or 7.046
After downgrading to UCM 7.028 arming and disarming works
We will investigate the problem in the firmware
In the meantime please downgrade if you want to use the iphone app, or leav it if you can live with that problem for the time being

Thanks for confirming. I can live with it as it is, but was wondering if it was just my phone. Good to hear you\'re aware.

Is there any new if this was caused by the UCM firmware?

This is actually not due to the UCM firmware, it is that the old iOS app does not handle the newer UCM messages
We plan to have the new generation iOS app to use with the newer UCM firmware
The new iOS app is being tested now
To use the current iOS app please downgrade to UCM 7.040 for now
