ETH03 upgrade problem

Hi,

New install of Ultra. Upgraded panel from v7.057 to 7.065 and the UCM for the UCM/ETH03 module from v7.048 to 7.061. Running Comfigurator 3.9.9 with Server Monitor 2.0.6.

I\'ve downloaded the upgrade to ETH03_general 2.14, but the upgrade button is not available in Server Monitor. Communication is ok with the module, as I can connect and poll Comfort, but I would like to update to enable email sending and NNTP.

Grateful for any advice on how to proceed.

I wonder if it is because the parameters to the far right are not yet configured for the module.  When I click on the UCM in the list it populates those parameters automatically so why aren\'t we seeing for your setup?

ie mine does this when I click an UCM/ETh3

It looks like you have not selected the IP address somehow
Can you select  and click the Submit button?

Thanks for the replies.

I have resolved it. In the original post I chose the UCM using the keyboard which resulted in the screen that I posted. When I clicked on the entry in the list I received an error stating that the \'Input string was not in a correct format\'. I tracked this down to my region/language settings (a bit of a hybrid as I live in France but want software in English!).

Once everything was the same (English UK) I could click the entry and the parameters were populated in the form on the right. Now successfully updated to 2.14.
