Comfort 1 Dect phone does not ring

Hi I have installed my comfort 1 system but it does not ring my DECT phone when the door station is pressed. If I use a wired phone it all works fine but not with my BT DECT unit.

I have tried the various troubleshooting suggestions but I am stumped for the moment. The DECT phones can be used to access comfort ok, they just do not ring.

There are notes in the troubleshooting about changing the flags in location 40 to try a different ring frequency. I am setting up using Comfigurator, can I change this setting using Comfigurator? if not how do I do so? I have an RGR02.

Ringer settings are in Configuration > Modules and Settings. This settings is not used in Comfort II
RGR02 ringing capability is limited. You can switch to RGR03 which can provide a better ring which should be anoug for all phones

I am curious as to why you have just installed Comfort I as Comfort II has been avaialable for more than 1 year

Hi, The Comfort system is a second user item. If I am happy with it I may well upgrade to Comfort 2. Thanks for your advice, I will see if I can try another phone.
