Yes you have to press the reset the UCM/ETH03 after you go into Bus Monitor.  Reset of trhe ETh03 from the network will not work

There is a \"Halt\" button on the bottom left. it may not always work with ETH03.

If the  progress bar does not disappear, repeat the \"Start\" and \"Halt\" cycle.
