Problems with zones in Alert mode

Hi.

I am having trouble setting up my Comfort 2Z Ultra. I have firmware version 7.153. I don\'t have a more updated version because I have problems with the KP04 keyboards when I update, because it does not give indications through them through the keyboards.

The problem is that I have configured the zones in Alert mode and despite this, as soon as one of these zones is activated it creates an immediate alarm, so I cannot use this function and I have many false alarms.

Is there a report on this? Any solution?

I do not understand what you mean by

What indications. Upgrading dies not have anything to do with the keypads except ou must press F0 when asked to.
