Are we able to reduce the doorbell volume ?
Currently the tone comes through the KP04 and the internal Sounder. But it\'s very loud.
Had a look through comfigurator, but nothing stood out beyond setting the tone frequencies

The doorbell chime has the same amplitude (volume) as any of the other trouble tones eg the beeping tones for trouble (in fact all tones have the same amplitude). You perceive them as louder probably because of the pitch (frequency) and the duration of each tone. While the trouble beeps are at 500 hz and duration 200 ms, the doorbell chime is 1000 hz for 1/2 second and 800 hz for 1/2 second, which is close to what the \"normal\" door chime would sound.
Hence lowering the frequency of each tone in Sound Types would make a subjective difference to the perceived volume eg 700 hz and 500 hz
To reduce the actual volume of the Internal speaker tones, you can adjust VR1 trimmer next to the SPK terminal. This adjusts the volume of non-alarm tones
This does not affect the volume of tones to the keypad/door station though

Only problem of altering the trimmer is that affects alarms as well..
No chance of reducing the volume in firmware in the future ?

Adjustment of the trimmer does not affect the siren volume when there is a \"full\" alarm (Intruder, Fire, Panic, Tamper etc which are alarm state 3). Those are always at full volume. It is only the non-alarm sirens which are affected
The siren amplitude cannot be adjusted by software because there is no comntrol mechanism for doing this.
