Thanks for the suggestion adlim, much appreciated.  I will definately try and download the vocabulary again.  I left a message with Ian Clarke to return my call so I can confirm with him the correct version I need to download.

I spoke to Ian Clarke who kindly sent me the correct voice file and told me how to load it in Comfigurator.  I just finished loading the voice file and the keypad voice started working again!!  Thanks to Ian and adlim for all the help in solving this issue!  Much appreciated!

I\'m not sure how the vocab got corrupted in the first place but at least I know how to fix it now.
