Comfort Automation/ Security System Forums

If the comfort is programmed to answer at 1 or 2 rings, everything is ok.
When I change it to 3 or more rings it doesn’t answer???

What firmware are you using? You should upgrade to 5.145 This has a change which should fix the answering problem for Portugal where the first ring has a very long silence, see http://www.comfortforums.com/forum60/1195.html
