Is there a way to get 12VDC from the mainboard to feed another device?

I need 12VDC feed to a Visonic MCR-308 wireless interface.
Ideally I would like to not have a separate 12VDC transformer and battery to support this device. I thought of getting this current from the mainboard somewhere, but I can\'t find anything in the documentation.

Thanks,
Nino Torres
Almost all installations would take 12V from Comfort especially for PIRs, smoke detectors etc

The Hookup diagram supplied with Comfort is below which shows the 12V terminals

What if you don\'t have any more Zones available?
I know I can buy more, but just to feed a device ... I don\'t want status on it, just feed it.
Hi Nino
you can get 12VDC from the 2 terminals

Thank you wiredhome.
That should do it.
