Hello,
I have a CM9000-ULT. In software Configurator, the Confort Version is 7.116 and UCM01 is 5.192. When I try update UCM01 firmware to 7.026 I have the next error attached.
How I can update my UCM01?

You have UCM firmware 5. This cannot be used to upgrade the UCM itself or Comfort firmware using Comfigurator alone

Perhaps you can ask your distributor to upgrade the UCM for you, as he will have another UCM, or ask a friend who has a UCM for help or a loan
