I have a strange issue with my system.

When someone leaves a message and I replay it the date/time stamp is corrupted.

For example I would hear something like this, rather than the hrs/mins.

\"Wednesday Wednesday Wednesday PM\"

Any thoughts.
This may be due to the sentences being corruipted
Try doing a Sentence Tale upgrade, and select the latest vocab file
Make sure you comfort firmware is up to date, as some old versions had a problem with sentences upgrade
Thanks, will try that.
Oops I think I went a bit wrong!

I just did a Vocab Upgrade (using kate39.bin) and now the words seem to be all mixed up, i.e. the prompts are all wrong via the keypad/communicator!
did the vocab upgrade complete successfully?
what does the Transfer> system information screen say

The transfer seemed to work ok (it did stop near the end and ask me whether I wanted to start from where it stopped, which I did do).

The System Information screen says:

Firmware Type: Comfort II Ultra
Version: 7.116
File System: 34
Vocabulary Number: 5
Custom Vocabulary: No
System Vocabulary Version: 39
User Vocabulary Version: 1
LCD Text Version: 2
LCD KP Minimum Version: 3

For reference the system says \"Seven Zero Alert\" when I exit the voice menu with the F key, rather than \"Security Off\".
System info seems to be correct

Can you just do a Sentences table upgrqrade instead of the full vocab upgrade
Hi,

I tried that too, and no change.

I\'ve also just tried myma39.bin and I still have the same issue.

Thanks
It appears like some fault on the comfort unfortunately
I have not encountered that before
When was it purchased, do you have serial number?
I got the board shipped directly from you I think, after inadvertently buying a non-official one from that supplier in the UK.

Then I got a repair from you in 2014 due to a lightning strike in July 2014

Is the serial number only visible on the actual PCB?
