I have Zwave3 (2012) UCM running firmware 6.019 and when I try an upgrade via BUS (I have Eth2/UCM) it failed with a Bus Firmware upgrade not Supported error

I have tried upgrading both with 6.024 and the latest and they fail

Guessing I am doing something wrong

System is Comfort 2 Ultra running 7.065

Hi, I try to duplicate your problem on my side, but it works fine when I upgrade UCM/Z-wave via BUS(Eth02).

What is your UCM firmware (the one that is being used to do the upgrading?)

Please show the screenshot for the modules page with the firmware listins

Thanks Guys,

The Zwave UCM is at 6.019, I will check what the Eth2 UCM firmware is tonight (if thats what you are referring to?) and put up some screen shots

One thing to note (me just being sill I guess). The firmware upgrade requires the user to press F0 on the keypad. Is this...

In security off mode, just press F followed by 0?
In security off mode, just press F and 0 together?
In security off mode, just press F and 0 together for a few seconds?

Do I need to sign in? User or Engineer?

Press F followed by 0, just like when you sign in to go to Engineer menu

UCM1 (Eth2) Although doesn\'t seem to have identified it?

UCM2 (Zwave3)

The UCM/ETH02 is only at firmware 6.002
That should be upgraded according to http://www.comfortforums.com/forum92/3400.html

By the way you can take a screen shot using PrntScrn or ALT-PrntScrn for the active window and paste it into Paint
