Would it be possible for the Android app to have a push notification, so when a zone is triggered regardless of state (away, day, night & off) could send a notification or is this only going to be possible through the implementation with Alphaworks R-PI UCM? (can it be integrated into the Comfort App)
Obviously their would have to be some method of which zones ect would need to be monitored for the push notifications.

Has anybody come across the situation where the Android app no longer turns off any alarm state,
the app carries out all other functions turns alarms on ie night/day/ alarm modes, monitoring, control etc but just will not change the state of the alarm to off. this is not the case of incorrect password.
all other functions of the app work, regardless if it is set yo LAN/Internet.......
Tried downgrading the firmware but this has had no effect, I am wondering if their is something in Comfigurator that has blocked this.

The new version of the Comfort Android app for phones version 1.92 has been updated to the Google Play Store

This fixed a problem with a few phones (Samsung Galaxy S2 and Sony Experia Z) where the email attachment containing the converted jrlccip file using GMail did not work - all the zones and Control menu were not seen. This was because Gmail converted some characters in the attachment which caused the file not to be recognised by the app.

The fix has not been done to the Comfort Android Tablet app. If anyone has any issues please feedback
If you connect to the wrong network you will not only fail to connect but will experience temporary lack of response from the App while it tries to connect to a system that is not there.

By connecting your Comfort system to a WiFi network you are potentially opening up a security vulnerability. Ensure that your Wifi network uses the highest level of security which is appropriate. Accessing Comfort from the Internet exposes the system to additional vulnerabilities.

Importing your cclx file
The zones and Control Menu programmed by Comfigurator are saved as a .cclx file.
The IP Addresses for Local and Internet are also taken from the cclx file.
This information is exported into the Comfort app using a web link.
Go to https://www.cytech.biz/crl_comfort_app_convertor.php on your browser

Enter your name in the first box
Enter an email address that you can access on your phone. This must be an email client and not a webmail using a browser
Browse to select your cclx file
Select Android as Target.
The iPhone button is meant for the iPhone app

Press UPLOAD FILE when done.

Next, open the email app on your android phone and read the email with the title \"Comfort Conversion Service\"
Please use an email client on your iPhone and NOT a webmail service using a browser

Also forwarding the jrlccip file to another phone may not work in some phones. The zones and Control menu is not seen in such cases

Always use the link https://www.cytech.biz/crl_comfort_app_convertor.php

Further Instructions are in the next post

In the screenshots in the following posts, there will be different systems displayed in Green eg \"Home\", \"Office\", \"Dollhouse\" because the screenshots were taken from logging in to several Comfort systems

The new beta Android Phone app version 1.08 is now available for downoad from https://www.cytech.biz/android_app.html

The Tablet version will be available later (hopefully not too much later)

This fixes many bugs and has operational improvements

It requires the new UCM firmware 7.002 see http://www.comfortforums.com/forum81/3189.html and Comfort firmware 7.005 (beta)

The update of the Control Menu Status has been improved as it is much faster with the new firmware

A major change is that when the app is not terminated, it will not log out or lose the connection with the IP address. The UCM/ETH02 will time out when idle based on the idle time settings in DS Manager
