It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your Personal Information and how you can access and update this information. This Policy is a legally binding agreement between you (\"User\", \"you\" or \"your\") and Cytech Technology Pte Ltd (\"Cytech Technology Pte Ltd\", \"we\", \"us\" or \"our\"). By accessing and using the Mobile Application and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.

Collection of information

Our top priority is customer data security and, as such, we exercise the no logs policy.
Use and processing of collected information

In order to make the Mobile Application and Services available to you, or to meet a legal obligation, we may need to collect and use certain Personal Information. If you do not provide the information that we request, we may not be able to provide you with the requested products or services. Any of the information we collect from you may be used to help us run and operate the Mobile Application and Services.

Note that under some legislations we may be allowed to process information until you object to such processing (by opting out), without having to rely on consent or any other of the following legal bases below. In any case, we will be happy to clarify the specific legal basis that applies to the processing, and in particular whether the provision of Personal Information is a statutory or contractual requirement, or a requirement necessary to enter into a contract.

Are the instructions on this forum the most recent ones for iOS? I could not get the Comfort file to open from Outlook or Gmail, but I did get the native Apple Mail app to give me a \'Copy to Comfort Mobile\" option in the context menu.
I was then able to login, but I could not see any zones, just the dashboard home page. I also get logged out within a few seconds.
What are the recommended steps to follow for current versions of iOS on iPhone (11 Pro) or iPad? Does iTunes need to be involved?

Help! I\'m having problems with control functions from the iOS app.

Using Comfigurator - V3.12.3.0 and iOS App v1.3.1 (34) - System running 7.117 and Eth UCM running 7.098.

Download latest config successful to system and it resets... put the CCLX file through the conversation tool, open it on the iPhone and import into the iOS Comfort app.

I can log into the app, change security mode and it reports correct variables (e.g. zones open etc) however control features simply wont work... any ideas?

Cheers
