Identifying SEM02-M2 ?

I have a 'new' SEM01 from Laser - pretty sure its not ARM it only has "LEM" on pcb
Bar code label says P116908

OP03 - no label but two long chips on front

LEM with PCB writing PC01-059B and ink B0731 it has a bar code on front but no writing: on rear it has label C004467.
I have a PC01-056B OP01 plugged into the LEM

Can you please tell me if I have all the correct components to make up a slave panel with 8out 8in on SEM and 8out 8in on LEM.

And more importantly will these all wok seamlessly together using Comfig v3.14.14.0

Coms failure after upgrage to 8.021

Hi Chiu, I am having a few problems with my system after doing some upgrades. I have lost coms with my slave 01 after doing the upgrade. All I did was checked each module for updates and di them.
The last one was slave 1 and it upgraded to version 8.021 and when it rebooted at the end it states coms failure to slave 1 and of course I have no inputs from that point on.
I have re done the upgrade and all seems to work but I still have no coms to the at sem

I\'ve just been installed a new UCM/4G7608 UCM and had to upgrade my main controller and ETH03 firmwares so I thought I may as well upgrade my Slave too...
Slave is on 7.141 and after a module scan Comfigurator offered me 7.207.
I can see from other posts in this forum that is probably the latest firmware for my older hardware (purchased ~2011).
However, when I tried to check for firmware upgrades Comfigurator gave an error saying the cbf file is not compatible with the module being upgraded.
Can anyone explain?

Removed potential problem with firmware upgrade by Bus
Improved watchdog operation so firmware does not hang due to surge
Watchdog timer increased to 18 secs
RS485 Receive buffer size from 127 to 240 bytes
Fixed Bug Scan for Slaves 4,5 did not work
Firmware Upgrade erase Flash reduced time to less than 2 seconds

The SEM firmware can be upgraded in Comfigurator 3.6.5 by right clicking on the SEM and select \"Check for Updates\"

How to Upgrade SEM Firmware

Comfort is on latest 6x UCM Network again on latest 6x ..

New board is going in the attic so though I would be smart(hah) and upgrade it first :-)

Sticker on it says current firmware is SEM 5.139

Thought easiest way of doing it would be just to plug a 485 cable into it which I thought would give me 12v ov and the data bus.

Green light appears and then flashes.

I fire up Configurator go to modules then scan for new slave. - Get an error message \"Communication Error or Comfort or UCM Firmware does not support scan\"

Think to myself maybe as its such old firmware - so then I try to upgrade it from the UCM using the programmign cable but keep getting upgrade error.

So now am a bit stuck - anyone tell me how to do it?

In order to \"upgrade via bus\" does the firmware have to already be 6.XX

e.g. If you have main board at 6.XX and a UCM at 5.XX

- are you able to upgrade the UCM to 6.XX OR do you have to manually upgrade the UCM BEFORE you can then the use the bus to go from (say) 6.0 to 6.1 ?

Pre-release means the firmware is available for upgrade using the UCM before it may be available in new Slave modules supplied by distributors.

Please note that new systems may not come with the latest firmware due to existing sticks in the supply chain. Installers should upgrade to the latest firmware before installation. Existing installed systems do not need the upgraded firmware unless the funcgtionality is to be updated or there are bugs to be fixed which affect the installation.
