Was it working before? What have changed? Or is this new installation?

Make sure the ID of UCM/EIB is set to 2; on SW7 jumper pin A shall be set as open, pin B and pin C are both shorted. What is the status of D9 and D10 LED? These two should be flashing all the time indicating communication between main board and UCM/EIB.

How do you connect the UCM/EIB to main board? You can use either the supplied 4 way header cable connected from J15 (on main board) to JP2 or JP2A (on UCM/EIB); alternatively you can connect the 12V/COM/KA/KB from mainboard to 12V/COM/KA/KB of the UCM/EIB (JP3 and JP4). Make sure the KA/KB connection is not reversed.

Check the polarity of EIB bus connection to UCM/EIB daughterboard on JP101. Measure the voltage across this pin JP101, it should be around 30V DC.
After you\'ve verified the two things above, press the reset button (SW1) on UCM/EIB; all D1, D2, D3 and D4 should be turned on for about 0.5 second and then D1 green LED alone will stay ON, the rest should be off.

From your comfigurator file I can see no utilization of the UCM/EIB?

I tried to connect eib throw JP2 and for JP3/JP4 and the problem is the same, after a cold reset of my comfort leds Ready, Err,D9 and D10 flashes and passed 30 or 40 sec a lose comunication and if a tried to reset eib ucm nothing happens not even a reset of ucm.

In Home control  I have two responses (Geral_Estores_UP and Geral_Estores_Down) and before of this it was working fine, the voltage at JP101 is 30 V and the polarity is fine I cheked several times.

Maybe a faulty UCM or I\'m making a mistake but I dont know what is going on.

Can you upload your event log to give us better understanding on what\'s going on in your system? Go to Comfigurator software > Transfer > Event Log...

By the way, how long has your system been up and running before stumbling on this matter?
