Hi

I have Doorphone failure on one of sites. It is Ultra. They been using DP01 and due to water there was failure on the DP01 board.

I need to install just button, kind of backup solution, while I\'ll be searching for closest didtributor.

There is no spare Input on main board and LEM01, is it posible to use RIO input instead?

What response shall I use to keep same menu \"4 to open Gate and 7 to Open Door\"?

Do you mean there was a failure on DP01 or DM01?
DM01 is a module that is used for interfacing to 3rd party door stations like Fermax and the Aluminium DS01, as well as the DP03X
The DM01 should not be damaged by water as it is mounted indoors

I suggest you use the DM02 with the DS01 Door Station, see http://www.comfortforums.com/forum25/1032.html
This is IP33 rates with an optional hood and should not be susecptible to water damage. It is also much better at the intercom function due to better echo cancellation provided that you have Comfort II with the latest firmware 5.145
DS01 consists of PL11P audio module, or PL41P with monochrome camera or PL41PC with colour camera, the PL71 Back box and PL81 Hood cover

The RIO cannot be used as a doorbell input

This was DP01. And also build outside :?. This installation was done 5-6 years ago. Then was not so many choices what to use. Perfectly shielded but ...

I\'ll order him DM02. In the description I see there are 2 relays and outputs on the board. Are you getting 2 additional outputs to the existing ones?

is PL91=PL71+PL81? Installation will be done on the gate. Rain, snow etc.

Back to the customer. It may take up to 1 month to get things to Lithuania. Is the any temporary solution even without full menu by using standart input? I can put 2 zones on one input and use another one for simple button.

Try action 9 Activate Doorstation in a Zone Response. Come to think of it I am not sure if it canot be used on a RIO input since that can trigger responses. This action was used many years ago before we developed the DP01
PL91 is equivalent to PL71 + PL81 except that it is for surface mount

The DM02 does provide 2 relays which can be used to open the gate and door to save the extra wiring from Comfort
