Phone Numbers on Comfort PRO

I recently did some programing on a Comfort pro. i set up my mobile to test the doorbell response then changed it back to the clients Numbers. After leaving (and testing with the clients Mobile) the system has rung me twice. Is it possible to phone in and change the Phone numbers and if so what is the Process/Location?
Also when the doorbell is pressed and the system armed, it phones out. Is it possible to disarm the system during that call or do you have to phone back?

You need to go into Engineer Menu (user needs to press F0 first to allow that)
go to 4,1 for Change Phone Numbers
Select Phone 1 to 8 - that will announce the phone number type and number Press 0 for No Phone to disable the phone number, or change the phone number

When the doorbell calls you, you dont have to sign in to listen to the door station, so you are not allowed to disarm the security system as that would be a security risk

However, there is a trick you can use to avoid having to make a call back. Press # until the girl says \"Thanks you goodbye\", and before the announcement is completed, press * - this stops the announcement - she will wait for further instructions. Now enter the user code and # key to sign in to access the voice menu

You can use this when you are in the user menu and you want to log off and sign in as Engineer or vice versa. It is quite a useful thing to know

Is it possible to enable the engineer over the phone using the user menu? i have tried enable engineer in the test menu but it says invalid!

Yes, in User Menu press 9 for Program Menu
Press 3,4 for engineer mode enable and 1 for On
Then press # a few times until Goodbye and press * to get back in
