I found that comfort can control lights w/ one 2-way switch.

In installed building, I have several 2-way switches and intermediate switch, ex.: on 1 group lamp, there are (2) 2-way switches & (1) intermediate switch, so totally (3) switches can control 1 group lamp in different location of wall but still in one room.

Also, mostly I have motion/presence detectors & Twilight sensors for control lights, with each sensor have a 1-way switch for back-up purpose.

And Rain sensor for control Louvre with 1-way series rockers switch (one for fully open/close louvre, another for adjust opening of louvre)

Since I\'d like to integrate all to comfort, please inform me a detail wiring diagram on those.

To control the same set of lights besides using the 2-way switch connected to the TWS01/02 module, you can easily connect other switches to the zones. By doing so, you would be using Comfort programming to control the lights by controlling the output connected to the TWS01/02 modules by simply toggling the output.

The motion sensors and light sensor would work in a similar manner, except that you would probably need to check the status of the light before deciding whether to switch on or off the light.

So, for the 1[suP]st[/suP] 2way switch, I still need to connect to TWS01/02 module w/ 2x1.5mm wire & the 2[suP]nd [/suP]2way switch or intermediate switch only w/ data cat.5 cable?

Exactly, How many cable needed for each 2way switch?

Yes, that\'s right. You may not actually need to use actual 2 way switches for the 2nd case, normal 1-way switches will suffice. This is because you are just trying to find a way of triggering the zone ON and OFF responses. As such, all you will need is a pair of cable coming from each switch to the zone.

In Movement sensor switch, there\'s not a 2-way system. Therefore, it can\'t use TWS01/02 module, right?

How many wire will be used to connect to comfort? so w/ touch panel, I can see the light status & trigger the sensor & light, even there\'s not any movement.

You can still use the TWS01/02 for the movement sensor. The movement sensor has its contacts connected to a zone, while another zone is used as feedback from the lighting circuit and the output used to control the TWS01/02\'s relays. This would allow the provision of connecting a 2-way switch to the circuit as a backup control.

Of course, alternatively, if there is no other method of controlling the light, other than depending purely on the movement sensor, a simpler method would be to have a suitable relay connected to an output. Then, you would have to monitor the output as the status. In this case, you would use 1 pair of wires for the connection between the relay and Comfort.

Sorry, I don\'t quite understand about this sensor with TWS01/02 module. Furthermore, there is movement sensor w/ 2 outputs (one for light & another for fan), used in bathroom.

It would be great if you could attach a wiring diagram, since I have 30 movement sensors (10 w/ 2 outputs) & I\'d like to integrate all in Comfort without any mistakes.

Another thing, is there any problem encountered integrating exhaust fan switch such as interference to the main board or ...?

Basically, the motion detectors serve to act like the intermediate switches as you mentioned earlier. The key would be to make use of the change in inputs to determine what change in output is required. However, this would not be a simple toggle command, as you do not want the light to be turned off when there is movement detected.

As for the TWS01/02, do you have the wiring diagram available for that? If not, it is available from https://www.cytech.biz/techinfo.html . There you can see how the TWS01/02 is to be connected. In the case of using only the TWS01/02 being the only controller of the lights, you would have to ignore one of the 2 lines either the NC line or the NO line should be shorted at the position where the mechanical 2-way switch is located in the diagram, and the other line not connected. In this way, the TWS01/02 acts as a switch controlled by Comfort.

I will use Comfort on 3 storey house. As all electrical cables w/ manual sysytem is already installed and with one different location for standalone alarm cable only, so in order to re-install cable easier, I need to:

1.      Put each board on each floor with Main board on 2[suP]nd[/suP] floor.

2.      On the 2[suP]nd[/suP] floor, there are 2 locations:

a.      One for Main board (lights & IR system)

b.      Another for alarm only  

 

 

Is it possible to make separation like this?

If yes:

1. What kind of cable & how many cable will be used to connect from one board to another upstair & downstair?  What is the reccomended distance for this cabling?
   
2. How many input+output will be availble on each floor then?
   
3. Does comfort provide ‘input’ only board for alarm purpose?

Slaves and RIOs are connected by the RS485 bus which can be several 100 meters from Comfort
Hence you can use these on the different floors and cnnect using a CAT 5 cable back to Comfort
LEM02-M2 which can connect to either a Comfort or Slave has 8 inputs and no outputs
