I have problem with one of the zones. While the zone is closed, the system shows that is open and inevitably i bypass it. After reseting and downloading the cclx file, it worked for some time but the problem occured again.

Is the zone a magnetic contact on a sliding door?
Could it be that the magnetic contact is not aligned properly so sometimes the system does not detect it as closed?

This is definately a problem with the alignment, the wires or the magnet itself. To confirm, just short the wires at the contact. Does Comfort announce the zone is open?
Comfort cannot announce a zone is open if the contact is closed, and vice versa.

When the zone is closed but the system detects it as open, does your polymeter also read it as a closed contact?
My guess is that the reading on the polymeter will be as an open contact since there is no way the system will detect it as open when that particular zone is supplied with a closed contact from the magnetic contact.
If that is the case then you will need to position the magnetic contact in such a way that when the door is closed the reading from the magnetic contact should always be a closed contact.
