Is there any way to control the function of the keypad LED via response programming?
E.g. If garage door is open flash a combination of keypad LED's

No control of Keypad LEDs is not possible, because these have a fixed meaning for the alarm system eg armed, trouble, alarm etc and any change would compromise the security of the system
Although Comfort is very versatile in its programming, certain things like this are not allowed
