Vocabulary upgrade error

Hello, I got the \"wrong text\" message on the keypad and pressed * and 1 together but still got the \"wrong text message\" after downloading completed. I tried to upgrade the vocabulary as i thought it should be corrupted, but the upgrading process remains in 0% and after a few seconds this message appears: \"Vocab upgrade encountered errors\" and then \"the operation was canceled\".
The system is Comfort ultraII
Version 6.005 (upgraded from 5.217)
Vocabulary number 0
ucm/eth, ucm firmware 5.212

Can you switch off the whole system exit comfigurator and try again
Is there any voice from Comfort?

View Monitor I/O, try the vocab upgrade and copy the result and send us an email with the recorded file

DO NOT interrupt the Vocabulary upgrade diring the process otherwise it may lead to the Flash being damaged
