Newbie - Location Programming Comfort 2

Hello,

I am trying to program location 52 to allow a door to open from the
doorphone using response 79.  Engineer menu 7,4,1 - 52# - 79#.  I am
now supposed to hear \'press 1 for door station, 7 to open door\'.  What
I actually here is \'press 0 for door station, press # to end\'.  I\'ve
tried resetting and still the same.  Going back into the menu,
location 52 correctly announces code 79.  What am I doing wrong?

Also, even though it isn\'t announced, if I press 7 the doorphone
announces \'door open\' though there is no pulse to output 1, i.e.
response 79 is not executed.

If I manually execute 79, the output is pulsed correctly, so there is
nothing wrong with response 79.

Any ideas?

Also, is there a way to program locations in comfigurator?

When you answer the door station, you will hear \"Press 0 for Door Station\"
Since there are 3 door stations, pressing 0 will connect you with the correct door station. Pressing 1,2, or 3 connects directly to the selected Door station
It used to be \"Press 1\" but long ago before Comfort supported 3 door stations

Location 52 for the open door response is valid for Comfort I PRO. Which Comfort model are you using? You should use Comfigurator > Events > Open Door Response for this without worrying about Locations
