LEM03 and RIO?

I understand that I cannot expand with further SEM modules if I use LEM03 on the main panel, but can I use this configuration:

Main panel + LEM03
1 RIO module on a bus?

Yes you can use the RIO to expand inputs and outputs. RIO are independent of LEM03
However remember that RIO Inputs cannot be used as security zones
