What about adding a new event to the protocol that reports on the messages in the answerphone log.
ie:
1) Message count
2) Unread message count
3) Messages per user inbox
4) Message count received today
5) send a message on the bus whenever a new message is left or one is played with datetime and user accessing as attributes reported. Maybe also duration if you can.
etc etc
So we can get some useful stats remotely.
Would be useful in Mobile apps and ComfortClient etc me-thinks!
Link that with the RP action and we\'d have ability to capture and process useful events remotely in apps.
