Error automatic user delete

Hello.

I had a problem of automatic deletion of users. A few weeks ago , after introducing a user to reschedule for OFF mode , night mode was Night and the next morning I could not remove the alarm. The users were not scheduled. It had cleared , staying with the default user . (User 18-1234 ) . I had to program colver to function again properly . At that time the firmware was 7,028 .

Today has been the same but this time with intermittent electric voltage drops and now with version 7.040 . I\'ve got a log in which some of the lines reads: \" Delete User # 0 \".

Do not understand why are cleared and if this is normal.

Is there a UCM connected to Comfort, if so what is the firmware?
Is there a U2 EEPROM in the UCM?

This may be caused by the electrical interference causing the Download button on the UCM to be wrongly connected thus writing the U2 eeprom to Comfort

The solution is to upgrade to the latest UCM version 7. This firmware requires the Download button to be pressed for 4 seconds before the write from U2 is allowed

Also press the Upload button for 4 seconds to copy the Comfort configuration into U2 so that you have a backup

I have one UCM-ETH and one UCM-KNX. They are updated to version 7,028 for the first and the KNX is in 6.112.

The first time they were updated but the second time they were.

The strange thing is to delete the \"USER 0\". Is there a \"User 0\"?

The radio interference might be the second time step electricididad intermittent cutting. But in the former case is more complicated. I guess this type of alarm should not be sensitive to interference radielectricas, but would easily vulnerable. But do not rule out seo for that reason.

Delete User 0 means that all users are deleted

This is done by going to 9 for Program Menu, 5 for Users, 0  for Erase Mailboxes

It may indicate that someone signed in as user 1 and press 9, 5,0,1 to erase  mailboxes

You can see that User # sign in was recorded before Delete User 0
