Using Sunrise and Sunset times

I have and Ultra II and have calculated D&D times from Lat and Long. The problem is how to use the times.
I wish to do this:
If
     Time= Dawn and
     Time > 0700hrs
Then
     Do something
So far I have been unable to fgind anyway of programming in D&D from the responses wizard.  Do I need to go to Action Codes for this?

The Night Flag is a dedicated flag that is set between sunset and sunrise that you can use in your logic
