how to reset comfort II ultra to factory reset

Hello pros , need help here . How to reset to factory setting because I am forgot enginer code either user code for comfort ultra II , me using k06 keypad . Please help me . Or how ca ln I retrieve the old or changed code . Thanks you so much .

Can you contact your installer? I suggest you to ask your installer to do so.

You could have kept a backup of your comfort programming with a UCM/USB or ethernet
Press the UPLOAD button to transfer your configuration to the U2 EEPROM in the UCM. This includes the user and engineer codes

If the programming is corrupted or your codes are lost, press the DOWNLOAD button to transfer the saved config back to  Comfort

Try pressing the DOWNLOAD button on the UCM anyway because there may be a default configuration with default code 1234

If 1234 can work then you will have to reprogram the system again

If that does not work then you need to get a new default U4 for your system

Let us have your comfort PCB serial number starting with P.. or C...
