Will a UCM/Pi be able to send out commands to other smart devices?

At the moment it publishes Zones, Output, Counters, Flags and Sensors and allows Virtual Zones, Outputs, Counters and Flags to be set.

I haven\'t yet added the alarm control panel, but that is also supported by they discovery protocol.
