Final Door Arm

Comfort Pro O4.207

As I understand it the Final Door Arm function should not operator when arming a system to Away Mode remotely (i.e. via phone).

But when arming to Away Mode via the telephone the Final Door Arm function seems to be preventing the arming of the system.  I hear the Please Exit message then the system goes into an Arm Failure state.

Are you using a local phone to do the arming? This would be a local arming operation

if you arm by remote phone, you should not hear \"Please Exit\"

Ah.....I tested it from an internal phone.

I\'ll try it from an external source.

I\'ve only recently upgraded to O4.207 from a very old version and I\'m pretty sure that it didn\'t work on the old version for external calls.
