Losing the Announcement when bypassing a zone
#1
I have a Comfort II Ultra panel, with Firmware version 5.145, and spanish24.bin vocabulary.

style=\"BACKGROUND-COLOR: #c6e1d7\"I made a response with the next actions, using the Comfigurator 3.0.1.0:

[glow=yellow]Announce Planta 1 Desactivada[/glow]

[glow=yellow]Unbypass All [/glow]

[glow=yellow]Bypass Zone 1[/glow]

[glow=yellow]Bypass Zone 2[/glow]

[glow=yellow]Bypass Zone 3[/glow]

[glow=yellow]If SecurityMode <> AwayMode Then[/glow]

[glow=yellow]    KeyswitchArm AwayMode [/glow]

[glow=yellow]End If[/glow]

If I execute the response, the keypad doesn\'t emit any song (beep) when arming and doesn\'t announce the words.

If I execute the same response without bypassing zones, keypads emits sounds and announce the words perfectly.

We have not tested this, but it may be due to a conflict in the announcement
Introduce a delay using a timer for the announcement of Bypass, I think it will allow the announce

Just tested the actions with the same ULT 5.145 firmware.
The keypad does not announce the words programmed because there is an action to arm to away mode.

You can introduce a delay of 3-4 seconds before arming to away mode to let the words in the first action to be announced.

It will be something like this:

Announce Planta 1 Desactivada
Unbypass All
Bypass Zone 1
Bypass Zone 2
Bypass Zone 3
Do Arming After 3 Seconds Using Timer01

The \"Arming\" response will have the following actions:

If SecurityMode <> AwayMode Then
   KeyswitchArm AwayMode
End If

Thanks for your quick answer.

I tested your solution and the system performs correctly the announce.

Therefore, the problem with the silence when arming remains. That is, when I bypass zones, no beeps or announces are emitted by keypads in Exit time.

I\'ll test to change the keypad and upgrade the spanish24.bin vocabulary again. If the problem dissapears, I\'ll inform you immediatly.

Regards.

We dont see any such problem here. If you still have this problem send the ccl or cclx file to support@cytech.biz for testing
