Chiu,

I had a look on my system and I cannot find a SMSTrouble type. On mine it says Not Used so I assume it\'s something that was introduced after I created my cclx file. My file came from way back V2 and migrated all the way up to the latest today.

When I create a new file from the template then the SMSTrouble and all associated references are there. Is there an easy way to import these entries or do I have to do it manually? The import function doesn\'t cover this section of the configuration.

I also tried calling my GSM number and who picks up the phone??? My answering machine. Is this a new feature that was sneaked in along the way...

You will need to edit the text manually if you need to. The label may be \"Not Used\" but it will have the same function

The GSM now does answer with the greeting message. The feedback was that hearing \"Please sign in\" lets people know that a sign in code will access the system, whereas the greeting message gives the impression that it is just an answering machine

Ok, SMSTrouble set to blank seems to have done the trick. I tried killing the gsm signal and there were no alerts generated.

As for the answer machine, I think the way it is is correct. I\'m happy to get the answer machine as you\'re right.
