The setting called \"CMS delay in Alarm\" in Telecoms > Dialing should be set to 180 (3 minutes) so that if the system dials to a Central Monitoring Station because of an alarm there is a delay of 3 minutes before the system dials to other phones, to allow the CMS to call the owner at home to verify the alarm. Otherwise the phone will be busy dialing out to other phones
