Engineer Signin Reset

Sorry if I\'ve put this topic in the wrong place.

My issue is the engineer sign in code keeps resetting itself.

I log in with the default engineer sign in code, then change to a new sign in code. Log out, log in with new code to check.

I then make changes to my system using comfigurator and after the system reboots the engineer sign in code is reset to 6789.

Is the engineer code stored in Comfigurator and everytime I send the settings I end up resetting the engineer code?

...there is also another issue (so far only happened once) of when a user logged in to disarm instead of disarming they were thrown into several menu option which of course led to the alarm going off due to entry delay being reached.

...also battery check and engineer test mode do not work, but one thing at a time.

The user and engineer codes are saved in Comfigurator in Security > Sign in Codes
To avoid writing these codes to Comfort, go to Configuration > Modules & Settings and uncheck \"Write User Codes\"
Make sure you are using the latest released Comfigurator as older versions may not have this

I can see users 1 to 8 but I dont see the engineer user?

User 18 = Engineer User.
