Phone Trouble Controller

We are getting the message \"Phone Trouble Controller\" in a Comfort/GSM UCM installation. During testing GSM UCM works fine (dials, sends SMS, answers calls, etc).

There is no PSTN line connected and the flag Ignore Line Cut is set to Yes.

Any hints to what this message refer to?

Did you reset Comfort after writing Ignore Line Cut?
Read selective from Comfort to check if it has really been set

Are you sure it is Phone Trouble reported or SMS Trouble

Yes, we did a complete download which reset the system. Yes it is Phone Trouble Controller not SMS.
