1. when initilaising modes on SIM set BUSY2 and turn on ERR LED for each of 3 messages
2. If setting options did not get an ACK reply from CBUS SIM, reset UCM/CBUS to handle remaiining problem with CBUS SIM getting into wrong mode after a few weeks reported by one user
3. If SW8 is shunted SIM will reinitialise immediately.
   
4. Improved error handling for Firmware upgrade by Bus.

SW8-H is a testing feature. It re-initialises the CBUS SIm Module when it is shunted.

This was implemented because of a report of certain situations which cause the SIM to stop working until reset. If this happens this allows the SIM to re-initilaise
It should not be needed in normal siuatuons, and the latest firmware takes care of every known behaviour of the Cbus
