Iphone App and Velbus modules

I just installed my first velbus light circuit, and have configured it in comfort, and the iphone app.

Obviously, the status of the velbus unit is based on counter value (0 for off or 255 for on). I can turn the unit on/off using the iphone app, but it is not updating the status of the light in the app!! Comfort is correctly showing the status of the counter as 0 or 255, but the app is showing the light as constantly off!!

What am I missing ?

What is the firmware version of Comfort and UCM?

Try sending the comfort configuration again to the iphone under a different name. The old config may be wrong

Hi Ident,

Just upgraded the eth this morning from 6.002 to 6.008

Comfort firmware is 5.223!!

I can upgrade comfort fw if need, but cant find instructions on how to do so ? I thought it could be done direct from comfigurator ?

You need to use the programming cable form your UCM to get it to 6x then when its on 6x it can update itself.

Thanks all, working fantasically now!! My god what a difference the velbus modules make compared to the old x10 modules!!

I can see many hours ahead of me though :-)
