The 1.4.5 update is now ready for download on iTunes which is really fast! Normally is takes a week

Looking good. Installed on one iphone and works first time on both 3G and WiFi with no issues. Will try other iphones in next couple of days.
Thanks again to all for the responsive and rapid turnaround on this issue.
