Zone name not show in App

I use IOS5.o.1 with Comfort App 1.45 and I convert .cclx to .crlccip at web https://www.cytech.biz/crl_test.php

But after install .crlccip to App Zonename not show.

Ex.
Front door
Zone 2
Zone 3
Zone 4

How to fix this problem?

Have you upgraded the Comfort and UCM to the latest firmware 6.xxx as shown in http://www.comfortforums.com/forum96/2327.html

I have the latest firmware and Configurator. I added and changed a few items in the Control Menu, loaded the cclx via the web tool and now my Zones and Home Control displays no tree/list.

I used the same link before I made the changes to the Control Menu items and upgraded software and firmware. I made a backup of the old cclx and it works if I re-send it to the iphone.

That link https://www.cytech.biz/crl_comfort_app_convertor_v2.php does not work for iPhone, only for android. Please do not use foro iPhone

It would be nice in a future Comfigurator version if you could send the cclx file direct to the convertor from within the IE; a \"Send to Convertor\" or \"Save As\" option.

Perhaps you can save your phone type and email address in options etc so that it becomes a one-click operation. Maybe though there are times when you want to be prompted for this too; say if you have multiple phone types in the family.

The convertor would email back the results as usual.

Then at least you know you are keeping your mobile config in step with the changes you have just made.

That\'s good but wasn\'t suggesting you go that far; just that you can upload quicker to the online convertor app.

I am having exactly the same problem as kodomo.
File gets imported and loads OK, but the Zones are showing as above. did this problem ever get resolved?
