Will the new GSM 3 work with Comfort 1

Comfort 1 had several PCB revisions. Only rev E6 had the 5 way audio connection for GSM so check which PCB you have. You should be able to see the 5 way white header or not on the PCB
we believe the E6 should work with the GSM3 but we do not have any rev E6 PCbs around anymore to test. The last was produced 7 years ago

No that is the Voice Programmer connector
The GSM audio is a 5 way connector
