Configurator 3.6.4 error

I\'m working with a new template for my KT03 and when i try to select all the items on a page to copy for other one an exception occurs (png file)can anybody help

Can you send the cclx file to support@cytech.biz so we can investigate the cause of the exception

I can\'t send the file is bigger then the max allowed how can i do this
