I am new to Comfort and I am building a test system and I have the same keypad problems as dcrera. I have two keypads in the system but it sees 15. I have tried the \"update defaults\" but the problem remains.

Hi, yes, I updated the file then logged out of Comfigurator and logged back in again, Keypads 9 to 15 reappeared and keypad 8 shows a comms error.

Hi
Why can\'t we go back to 386 with a back up cclx file ?
Why is it still showing version 387 on the flash screen ?
Thanks

Hi
I think I got this.
I manually deleted all but the keypads I require and downloaded from PC to Comfort.
No comms issues thus far
Thanks

(This post was last modified: 06-02-2014, 06:26 AM by ident.)
This phantom keypad problem where keypads 9 to 16 appears as \"not polled\" occurs when Comfigurator 3.8.7 to 3.88 is used and Comfort has just reset.
Upgrade to comfigurator 3.8.8, go to File > Update Defaults to update the default files to Comfigurator. This should fix the problem
Also this is fixed in Firmware 7.057
