Response, Keypad, Announce Words not working for me?

I am trying to get the announce words response to work but it does not seem to work on my setup. Is this not compatible with comfort 1 ultra?
I assume it may not be as it was not an option in the response actions in early versions of comfigurator.

System:
Comfort 1 Ultra
Firmware:4.227
File:24
UK Residential Vocab
Comfigurator V3.5.6.0

Clarification would be appreciated.

The Action Codes Reference which can be downloaded from https://www.cytech.biz/action_codes_reference.html says that the Announce Words action was introduced in firmware 4.233 you you were slightly too early
