upgrade stragetgy 5.183 but can not communicate ETH03

1. I have 5.183 firmware for Comfort.
2. I have recently bought EN03 and set its ID as 1. However I cannot communicate with EN03.
3. There was was recent post about this.
4. What strategy can I follow to upgrade firmware?

Since your Comfort  firmware version is too old, it does NOT allow you to upgrade the firmware by right click itself and select \"check for upgrade\". So you need to use the programming cable to upgrade the firmware. Please refer the steps below

EN03 is a metal box. You mean UCM/ETH03
