Update SPC II Firmware (Error)

i am trying to update the firmare for the SPC II and for the UCM but is giving me an error when I do check for firmware updates.should i do download firmware update ? it\'s a 256 kb file that download.
I atached printscreens of the errors , even the controller and the UCM
can you kindly help me?thanks

I wonder if some part(s) of the Cytech site is down/changed as I also tried an \"Update Defaults\" from the Comfigurator FILE menu and got.

I tried to download from the site the files and did both updates
Working now but downloaded from the site , not directly from cutch software

The problem reported by Julian about the default files has been fixed

However I cannot confirm there is a problem with the SPC upgrade files, as the link seems to be correct. Did you try Download Upgrade File instead?

This needs to have the SPC actually present, so we can test it on monday

Downloading ir downloads The file. But the other option give error..

We have tested \"Check for Update\" with a SPC connected and it upgraded to the latest firmware correctly. The SPC must be actually connected and scanned as such

Did you mean that \"Download Firmware Upgrade\" worked but not \"Check for updates\" ?? That is strange because they point to the same file

Perhaps the internet was intermittent?
