SCS leds stop when the leds get a command to turn on or off. I would look at your scs responses

 The issue is that comfigurator now does not give you the option to do scs resposes, this is using the latest version of comfigurator I need the range up to 200+ not starting at 200+

 Because of this I cannot programme the RIO01 or the SCS switches 4 X RIO01 & 7 X SCS6 switche. Even using original file that was working previously it will not allow for it to work. Is it possible the NVM IC could be the issue Im sure there is a back up wich I will swop around if I have it

in Comfigurator can you go to File > Update Defaults. Then restartr comfigurator/ This fixes a configration error in RIO/SCS
