The telephone use to ring following the front doorbell being pressed. Now the doorbell rings once and then stops ringing. What could have changed?
I have Comfort 1 Ultra.

If you have not changed any setti8ng, it could be the ringer board has become faulty, as it would be more than 10 years old

Where does the ringer board hang out and is it straightforward to swap it with another?

I am afraid the Ringer for Comfort 1 is no longer produced. It was used with Comfort 1 which stopped production more than 10 years ago

Perhaps it is time for an upgrade to Comfort 2?
