Except for my one contact zone which is working fine (on/off)All my PIR based zones are showing as on and not there for now allowing for alarming to arm.Need help to arm it again.

Are the pirs turning on and off without anything passing them

This indicates a problem with the PIR or the connectionNote that PIR require 12V power Supply from Comfort
Try shorting the zone inputs at Comfort. This should report zone closed. If so then Comfort is working, and there are problems with tghe PUR or connections
