Using A Ring Doorbell with Comfort ringers

Hi All , I know this is a bit of a strange request. I currently run a gen1 comfort system with a DM02 and Fermax door station. I would like to replace the door station with a Ring Pro unit. The family quite like the way comfort rings the phones in the house and then stops it ringing when a pir senses movement.
Is there any way I can connect Ring Pro to still trigger the internal phones when we are at home?
The Ring pro uses 30V AC which is a typical US ringer voltage, it will operate with 24v. It seems it can be used to get the original ringer to operate but I am not sure how. The door bell only has the two connections that connect it to the transformer.
I can see on the DM02 manual that it can see a 24v AC door bell as there are instructions on the jumper settings for this. Is this possible?

I think you can try connecting the 24VAC to DM02 according to the manual
But no gurantee without knowing how that door station works

Hi, Thanks for the reply, I have finally got time to look at this. The Ring door bell takes a constant 24v AC, this is used to keep the batteries charged. My understanding is that when the button is pressed the voltage will drop. Is there any way that the DM02 could detect that? The manual for the DM02 mentions the support for an AC doorbell input but no detail of how that should be connected. I don\'t want to risk damaging the board.

The DM02 is designed to ring the phones when it detects the presence of Voltage, AC or DC

Your doorbell seems to be the reverse ie Voltage when button is not pressed so it will not work without significant modifications
